Why would I ever speak to 10 people when I can speak to 1000? Now listen, I do a lot of things. And I try to help a lot of people. But there's only so many hours in a day. And if you're not increasing your efficiency, you're never gonna grow. "

things that I recommend everybody do is start keeping a little
track of your time. And if it's not on a Google Calendar, I just
recommend an old-fashioned scheduler and where your time is going.
That's your next hire. If you're spending 15 hours on payroll
dilemmas, or you're realizing you gotta make the LMS there are
people that automate a better LMS than you they understand how
people learn. They're the best of the best. And a lot of times when
I was a smaller business, I thought I was saving money by buying
used trucks and not hiring the best of the best and not getting the
best trainers. And I thought I'll just help but then I realized
that I was actually losing money because things weren't hitting the
finish line and things weren't getting done. And it was kind of a
hodgepodge put together. And all these ideas without hiring the
best without getting consultants, without reading books without
listening to great podcasts without getting, you know, learning at
great speaking events, I realized I was actually kind of shooting
myself in the foot, I was actually making my life harder" -
